Shipping + Returns
We hope you love your order. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Free from marks, odours or damage.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, less the cost of the return shipping label where applicable. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Items returned outside the 14-day return period or not meeting the above conditions may not be accepted.
